Minutes of meetings are published as soon as possible on the website for the benefit of all. However, these do not become the formal record of the meeting until endorsed at the next Parish Council meeting; therefore you should always check to see whether any amendments have been made.
Meetings are usually held in Launton Parish Hall on the first Thursday of every month (with occasional changes)
