Minutes of meetings are published as soon as possible on the website for the benefit of all. However, these do not become the formal record of the meeting until endorsed at the next Parish Council meeting; therefore you should always check to see whether any amendments have been made.
The Minutes for April 2023 – March 2024 are available in the 2023 – 2024 Agenda and Minutes section.
The agenda is usually available about a week before the meeting.
Additional papers for discussion or note are included under the agenda for the appropriate meeting, generally as PDFs or links to the Cherwell District Council Planning Portal website. All documents and links open in new tabs.
Meetings are usually held in Launton Parish Hall on the first Thursday of every month (with occasional changes) from 7.30pm.
The Clerk is happy to provide any of the papers which the Council will consider at the meeting to members of the public (provided they are not confidential), but, to save printing costs will need to know at the latest by 2pm on the Wednesday before the Parish Council meeting on the Thursday. Please let the Clerk know if you would like hard copies of the papers, and which ones.
