The new footbridge over the railway line will be installed as part of the works; EWR have said (without promising anything on timescales) that they will try to do this as soon as they can, once the site in that area is safe. Contrary to reported rumours, it was never intended that this would be done before the old footpath crossings were closed: the extensive works being done on the line would have made this impossible.
